Q: Are the items in stock?

A: All items available for order on our website are currently in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as "Out of Stock."

 

Q: What are the shipping costs?

A: All orders over $50 dollars ship for free by our method of choosing. Orders under $50 dollars can be shipped for a flat fee of $5.99 or you may chose to ship per your preferred method which will be listed on the checkout page. Batteries are the exception and must ship UPS.

 

Q: Are your products drop shipped?

A: No, every item featured on our site is housed in our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan readily available for shipment.

 

Q: Why can’t I order beyond a certain number?

A: Our system restricts orders to the quantity currently in stock. If you require more than the available amount, we're happy to place an order with our vendors and confirm availability before your purchase. Typically, such orders can be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

 

Q: If I sign up for an email subscription, will I be bombarded with emails?

A: We respect your inbox! Our promotional emails are limited to four times a year. You'll receive two during the holiday season to assist with your gift-giving needs, one in the spring for outdoor and camping essentials, and another in the fall, perfect for those longer nights when a reliable flashlight might come in handy.

 

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: We do not see your Credit Card information, it is processed through Stripe or PayPal. We use this method for your security and ours.
